We are thrilled you are considering one of our puppies to join your family. Our process is designed to ensure our puppies go to the best possible homes while keeping you informed every step of the way.
Step 1: Your Application
The journey begins with you. Please take the time to complete our detailed Puppy Application. This helps us get to know you, your family, and the kind of home you can provide.
Step 2: Home Approval and Contract Review
Once we have reviewed and approved your application, we will send you our standard contract. We ask that you read this carefully and contact us with any questions. This ensures we are all on the same page.
Step 3: Secure Your Reservation
After home approval, a $300.00 non-refundable reservation fee is required to hold your place for an upcoming litter. This payment secures your pick in the order it is received, based on gender preference.
Step 4: Reservation Assurance
We understand that breeding involves uncertainties. In the event that a litter is not born or a reservation cannot be fulfilled, your $300.00 fee is fully refundable. If a litter is born and your reservation is confirmed, the fee becomes non-refundable.
Step 5: The Selection Process
When a litter arrives, we will contact you based on your place on the list. For example, the first family on the male reservation list will get the first choice of the males born, and so on. We provide regular photo and video updates to help you get to know the puppies as they grow.
Step 6: Picking Your Puppy
Puppy picks must be finalized by the time the puppies reach 8 weeks of age. This can be done via video, photos, or through a pre-arranged visit to our kennel. All appointments must be made in advance.
Step 7: Final Payment and Pickup
The final balance for your puppy is due at the time of pickup. We will coordinate a specific date and time with you.
Step 8: Preparing for Your New Arrival
To help with the transition, we recommend you schedule your first vet visit at least two-three weeks before your pickup day. This ensures you can secure an appointment right away for your new puppy.
